A few things sit outside this starting price, based on the package's current exclusions: airfare or train fare to reach Haridwar, VIP darshan or helicopter tickets (the Kedarnath leg can be arranged by helicopter, subject to availability, but this is booked and priced separately), 5% GST, personal expenses, porterage and entrance fees, along with any costs arising from weather or road-related disruptions common to Himalayan routes.

This package departs from and returns to Haridwar, not Delhi directly — so the first thing to plan as a Delhi-based traveller is how you'll reach Haridwar itself. Haridwar is well connected to Delhi by train, bus and self-drive, and most travellers treat this leg as a separate journey ahead of the yatra rather than something bundled into the package.

Because the itinerary covers high-altitude Himalayan terrain, build in some buffer around your Haridwar arrival and departure rather than booking tickets that leave no room for delay — mountain travel schedules, including the Kedarnath trek or helicopter leg, can shift, and a tight connection back to Delhi adds avoidable stress to what should be a considered pilgrimage.

If you're combining this with time in Delhi before or after the yatra, plan at least a day of slack on either end of the Haridwar loop. Travellers with a fixed return flight or work date should treat the itinerary's total length — 6 days — as a minimum to plan around, not a tight ceiling.
