Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 or more days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 90% refund of the package cost.

Cancellations made 8–14 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the package cost.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to shubhmangaalyatra@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +91 95990 67086, quoting your booking name and travel dates.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable working-day window after confirmation. Bank charges, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.

Fixed-departure and international packages may carry supplier-specific cancellation terms (for example, non-refundable flight or houseboat bookings). These will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Where a trip is disrupted or cannot proceed due to weather, road closures, landslides, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you on rescheduling or a partial refund based on costs already committed to hotels, transport and permits.
