How Group Tour Pricing Works: Advance Payment, EMI and Cancellation Explained

Pricing is one of the biggest sources of pre-booking questions we get, so here's how it actually works across our packages.

Why prices are shown as "starting from" Every package price on our site is a starting-from figure per person, usually on twin or triple sharing as noted — the final price depends on your exact travel dates, room category, group size and season, which is why we confirm it with you before you pay anything.

Typical advance and balance structure Bookings are generally confirmed against an advance payment, with the balance due closer to departure — the exact split and due dates are shared with your itinerary once your dates and group size are finalised, since they can vary slightly by package and season.

Cancellation and refund timelines For our domestic packages, cancellations made 15 or more days before departure receive a 90% refund, 8–14 days before receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. What's included vs what's usually extra Accommodation, ground transport, and the meals listed per package (typically breakfast and dinner) are included in the quoted price. Flights or trains to the starting point, personal expenses, optional activities like helicopter tickets or adventure sports, and anything explicitly listed under a package's exclusions are usually extra — always check the inclusions and exclusions on the specific package page before booking.
